Pelvic Floor Exercises In Pregnancy

To do Pelvic floor exercise, sit in your office chair incorrect posture. Exhale and tighten your pelvic floor muscles and hold it up the count of 5 or 10, then inhale. Repeat it ten times.

Shoulder, Wrist And Ankle Rotation Exercises When Pregnant

Swelling in hands and legs is common during pregnancy. If the pregnant lady has to sit for long hours, then the risk of swelling gets increased. You can lower down the possibilities of swelling by rotating your shoulders, wrist, and ankles. Start with your shoulders and turn first clockwise and then anti-clockwise. Take this rotation from shoulder to wrist and then to ankle. Repeat the rotation for 5-10 times in both directions.

Leg Extension   

This activity is basically to make your thigh muscles strong. To do this, you will have to sit on a chair in the right posture. Your feet should be hip-width apart, and toes, knees, and hips should be in the same direction. No lift your one leg in a bent position and straighten it in the same place. Slowly return to the initial position and repeat it with the next leg.
